Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Premium Subscriptions

HeartMatch offers premium subscription plans that provide enhanced features and benefits. By purchasing a premium subscription, you agree to the following terms regarding cancellations and refunds.

2. Billing and Auto-Renewal

Premium subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis, depending on the plan you select. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it before the renewal date.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your premium subscription at any time by:

  • Going to your Account Settings in the app
  • Selecting "Manage Subscription"
  • Following the instructions to cancel your subscription

If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. Your subscription will not renew after the current billing period ends.

4. Refund Policy

Generally, payments for premium subscriptions are non-refundable. However, we may provide refunds in the following circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If you experience significant technical issues that prevent you from using the premium features and our support team is unable to resolve them within a reasonable time.
  • Unauthorized Charges: If you discover unauthorized charges for HeartMatch premium services on your account.
  • Exceptional Circumstances: In rare cases, we may provide refunds for exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.

5. Refund Requests

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • Date of purchase
  • Transaction ID (if available)
  • Reason for requesting a refund

Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests at our sole discretion.

6. Virtual Gifts and One-Time Purchases

Purchases of virtual gifts and other one-time in-app purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

7. Trial Periods

If we offer a free trial period for our premium services, you will not be charged during the trial period. However, you will be automatically charged the applicable subscription fee at the end of the trial period unless you cancel your subscription before the trial period ends.

8. Payment Processing

Refunds, when approved, will be processed through the same payment method used for the original purchase. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and may take up to 10 business days.

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website or app. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

10. Limited Service Period

Please be informed that HeartMatch is a temporary service that will be available for only 14 days from launch. Any refunds for premium subscriptions or in-app purchases will be processed according to this policy, but please note that the service will be discontinued after the 14-day period. We encourage users to keep this limited time frame in mind when making purchases.
